§ 14.17. Procedure for Major Violations Generally.

Procedures for handling major violations is set forth in Chapter 5 of the Orlando
City Code, except that depending upon the degree of danger to the occupants or public,
the enforcement officer may cause the Notice of Violation to warn the property owner(s)
that failure to cure said major violations may result in further City or Code Enforcement
Board action to effect necessary repairs, removals, securing, vacating or demolition
of structure(s).
