§ 15.06. Notification by the city for benchmarking requirements.

(1)

By December 1 of each year that benchmarking requirements are in effect, the director shall publicly post on the City website a list of all covered properties that must provide a benchmarking submission to the director by the appropriate submission date in the following year.

(2)

Such notification may occur electronically via a posting to the office website and/or by direct mail. Failure to provide such notification shall not relieve the property owner of the requirement to comply with the benchmarking and other requirements of this chapter.
