§ 15.12. Maintenance records of benchmarking, auditing, and retro-commissioning.

  • (1)

    Building owners shall maintain records as the director determines is reasonably necessary for carrying out the purposes of this chapter, including but not limited to the energy bills and reports or forms received from tenants and/or utilities. Such records shall be preserved for a period of at least three years and at all times may be kept in electronic form. At the request of the director, such records shall be made available for inspection and audit by the director.

    (2)

    Property owners shall maintain a copy of the energy audit or retro-commissioning report, and summary audit or retro-commissioning report, on-site for a minimum of five years from the required submission date and at all times may be kept in electronic form. At the request of the director, such reports shall be made available for inspection.
