§ 18A.12-1. Same—Public Issue Speech.

Persons exercising their first amendment rights by engaging in events, parades, assemblies or demonstrations conducted for the sole or primary purpose of public issue speech shall not be required to pay the costs of any police protection provided by the City at the assembly.
