§ 18A.24. Penalties.

  • (1)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to stage, present, or conduct any assembly or block party without first having obtained permits therefor as herein provided.

    (2)

    It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to participate in an assembly or block party for which permits have not been granted.

    (3)

    It shall be unlawful for any person in charge of or responsible for the conduct of a duly licensed assembly or block party knowingly to fail to comply with any condition of a permit.

    (4)

    Any person violating the provisions of any section of this chapter shall be subject to arrest and punishment as provided in Section 1.08 of this Code.
