Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction,
be punished as provided in Section 1.08 of this Code. The actions, penalties, and remedies set forth in this Chapter are
nonexclusive and concurrent with any and all other actions, penalties, and remedies
available to the City at law or in equity, including but not limited to other actions
available under City Code.
