§ 2.08. Reports and Fiscal Year.

Whenever an officer is required by this Code or other ordinance to make a monthly report, the requirement shall be taken to mean that he is to file such report with the City Clerk within ten (10) working days following the end of the month.

The fiscal year of the City shall begin at 12:01 a.m. October first of each year, and all officers who are required to make reports shall make their final reports of the year to the City Council at the regular meeting held nearest October first for the past year.
