§ 2.20. Attendance at Council Meetings; Records.

It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to attend all meetings of the City Council, make proper records and entries of all orders, resolutions, ordinances, opinions and proceedings thereof, keep a minute record of all meetings of the City Council.
