§ 2.71. Established; Placed Under Management of Pension Board.

A retirement system is hereby established and placed under the management of the Pension Board, consisting of the City Council, for the purpose of providing retirement allowances and death benefits for elected officials, appointed officials and employees of the City. It shall be known as the Employees' Retirement System of the City of Orlando.
