§ 2.79. Adoption of Deferred Compensation Plan.

The City Council of the City of Orlando shall have the power to enter into any contract or agreement with an insurance company or companies and thereby adopt a Deferred Compensation Plan offered by such company or companies as a vehicle for implementation of the Deferred Compensation Program established by this division.
