§ 2.130. Established; Composition.

There is hereby created an Audit Board to advise the City Council on financial and audit matters. It shall consist of five (5) members, at least four (4) of whom have financial experience. Staff support shall be provided by the Office of Audit Services and Management Support. Members of the Board shall serve without compensation.
