The Families, Parks and Recreation Board shall meet at the call of the chairman or
upon call by the Mayor. All meetings of the Board and any subcommittee thereof shall
be public and complete records of its deliberations shall be kept. These records shall
be open to the public. One-half (½) of the members, plus one, shall be a quorum. A
copy of the minutes of each meeting shall be filed with the Director of Families,
Parks and Recreation, who, after reviewing and approving the same, shall file the
minutes with the Mayor and City Council, through the City Clerk, so that the City
Council may act on the minutes at its next ensuing regular meeting following the meeting
of the Board.
