§ 2.157. Created; Designation; Composition; Appointment of Members.

Pursuant to the provisions of Laws of Fla. ch. 29358(1953), there shall be a Board to be known and designated as the Orlando Loch Haven Park Board. The Board shall consist of nine (9) members, who shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the City Council. Representatives from the activities located in Orlando Loch Haven Park and/or other major cultural activities shall be included among the nine (9) members to the extent the Mayor and Commissioners deem to be in the best interest of the City.
