§ 2.159. Election of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary.

The Orlando Loch Haven Park Board shall, in the manner provided for by its rules and regulations promulgated hereunder, elect from its own membership a chairman, vice-chairman and a corresponding secretary. The Board may designate one of its own members to serve as executive secretary or may designate some person not a member of the Board to serve as executive secretary thereof, without pay. A non-board member executive secretary shall have no vote in the affairs of the board.
