§ 2.179. Oral Presentations.

When an appeal is scheduled for oral presentation before the Council, the appellant and the City staff shall each be given ten (10) minutes at the hearing to present the appeal and response and to discuss the submitted written record. Any extension of the time allotted for argument must be granted by the Council.
