§ 2.210. Settlement Stipulations.

At any time after the hearing request is filed and prior to the hearing, the Director or his designee may negotiate a settlement stipulation with the parties, which settlement stipulation shall not be final until approved by City Council. After such settlement stipulation is approved by all of the parties, including the City Council, the pending hearing shall be automatically dismissed.
