§ 2.217. Established, Composition, Appointment of Members.

There is hereby created and established a Board to be known and designated as the Mennello Museum of American Art Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees shall consist of nine (9) members, serving without pay, appointed by the Mayor, and subject to confirmation by the City Council. The chairman of the Public Art Advisory Board shall serve ex officio as a member of the Mennello Museum of American Art Board of Trustees. Membership on the Board shall include Michael A. Mennello and Marilyn Logsdon Mennello, should either or both wish to serve. Should either or both decline membership, membership shall include at least one of their immediate family members, Sylvia Wilson Overby, Alec Sullivan Overby, Andrew Dwight Overby and Lynda Joyce Wilson, provided at least one of them wishes to serve. Following the deaths of Michael A. Mennello and Marilyn Logsdon Mennello, membership on the Board shall include at least one of the above-listed immediate family members, provided at least one of them wishes to serve.
