§ 31A.02-1. Continuing Duty to Update Application.

Applicants for a regulatory permit and any person, partnership, corporation or other entity which has been issued a permit under this chapter are under a continuing duty to update the information contained in the application submitted for a permit, and shall, within thirty (30) days of any change in such information, notify the division in writing of such changes.
