§ 31A.14. Dress of Person Performing Commercial Contact.

It shall be unlawful for any person to perform commercial contact on any patron unless such person shall be wearing a clean outer garment in the nature of a surgical gown. It shall be unlawful for any person to perform commercial contact on any patron unless the pubic area and buttocks of such person, and breasts of such person, if the person is a female, are covered by a nontransparent covering.
