§ 31A.18. Issuance of Permit Not to Permit Acts Otherwise Unlawful.

The issuance of a permit hereunder shall not be construed as permitting, licensing or allowing the commission of any act or acts otherwise prohibited or made unlawful by valid city or county ordinance, or state or federal law.
