Article II. POLICE TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT |
§ 39.05. Duties Generally.

It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police and other police officers to enforce this Chapter and all other traffic ordinances of the City, to make arrests and/or issue citations for traffic violations, to investigate accidents, and to cooperate with the City Transportation Engineering Bureau and Parking Bureau Chiefs in developing ways and means to improve traffic conditions. Parking enforcement specialists may exercise those powers of enforcement granted by Florida Statute.
