§ 39.12. Regulations, Schedules, Permits, etc., Subject to Review by Council.

All rules, regulations, orders, schedules, permits or determinations of, or made or issued by, the Parking Bureau Chief may, at any time, be revoked, modified, suspended or reinstated by City Council.
