Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense, arrestable and
punishable as provided in section 1.08 of the City Code. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the City
of Orlando from enforcing this Chapter by other means including, but not limited to,
criminal prosecution of any state law violation, code citations pursuant to sections
162.21 through 162.30, Florida Statutes, as amended, Chapter 5, Article 11, and Chapter 39, Article IX, of this Code.
