Division 1. IN GENERAL |
§ 39.24. Stopping, Standing or Parking for Loading Only.
(1)
No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in any place marked as a passenger zone for a period of time longer than the time indicated by signs or other appropriate markings or devices.
(2)
No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious unloading and delivery or pickup and loading of materials in any place marked by an orange curb or official sign as a freight loading zone during the hours when the provisions applicable to such loading zones are in effect. Such vehicle must have attached in a conspicuous place on the rear of the vehicle a permit issued pursuant to Section 39.25 for such loading and unloading. In no case shall the stop for loading and unloading of materials exceed the time limit for that particular zone.
