§ 39.34. Designation of Parking Meter Zones by Parking Bureau Chief.

The Parking Bureau Chief shall, from time to time, designate those certain described parts of streets for the installation of parking meters, and the same shall be established as parking meter zones. The City Council shall have the right to rescind or change any such designation so made by the Parking Bureau Chief.
