§ 39.44. Moving Vehicle Within Same Parking Meter Zone.

(1)

It shall be unlawful to relocate a vehicle from one parking space to another parking space in the same parking meter zone, or to relocate a vehicle temporarily from the same parking space unless the vehicle has left the parking meter zone for an amount of time equal to or greater than the legal time limit for parking fixed for such zone.

(2)

It shall be unlawful to roll the tires of a vehicle to remove or obscure or attempt to remove or obscure the markings made by parking enforcement personnel prior to removing the vehicle from the parking meter zone.
