§ 39.63. Failure to Pay; Off-Street Parking Facilities.

(1)

No person shall fail or refuse to pay the applicable fee for parking a vehicle in parking facilities owned or controlled by the City of Orlando or where parking facilities are provided at airports owned or controlled by the City of Orlando or the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.

(2)

Any person violating the provisions of Subsection (1) shall pay the civil penalty as prescribed in Section 39.68 of this Code.
