§ 39.82. School Crossing Guard Program; Surcharge on Parking Fines; Trust Fund.

(a)

There is hereby imposed on all parking fines/civil penalties for parking violations a surcharge of seven dollars ($7.00) for the purpose of funding a school crossing guard program within the City of Orlando.

(b)

The proceeds of such surcharge shall be placed in a School Crossing Guard Trust Fund and distributed in accordance with the applicable provisions of Florida Statutes ch. 318.
