§ 43.45. Selling from Street, Sidewalks and Public Rights-of-Way During Events at the Florida Citrus Bowl- Orlando, Tinker Field, Mayor Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre and the Amway Center; Prohibitions and Exceptions.
(a)
On the day of an event held at the Florida Citrus Bowl Orlando or Tinker Field stadiums, and during the twelve-hour periods immediately preceding and following any such event, it shall be unlawful for any person to exhibit, offer for sale or sell any service, merchandise, object, food or drink on or from any of the following streets and the sidewalks and public rights-of-way adjacent thereto:
(1)
W. Anderson Street, between S. Rio Grande Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(2)
Carter Street, between S. Tampa Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(3)
Central Boulevard, between S. Dollins Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(4)
W. Church Street, between S. Dollins Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(5)
Colyer Street, between S. Rio Grande Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(6)
State Road 408 (East-West Expressway), between S. Dollins Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(7)
W. Jackson Street, between S. Dollins Avenue and S. Tampa Avenue;
(8)
Long Street, between S. Tampa Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(9)
S. Nashville Avenue, between W. Central Boulevard and Long Street;
(10)
S. Norton Avenue, between W. Central Boulevard and Colyer Street;
(11)
S. Rio Grande Avenue, between W. Central Boulevard and Carter Street;
(12)
W. South Street, between S. Dollins Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(13)
S. Tampa Avenue, between W. Central Boulevard and Carter Street;
(14)
W. Pine Street, between S. Dollins Avenue and S. Orange Blossom Trail;
(15)
W. Dollins Avenue, between W. Central Blvd. and W. South Street;
(16)
S. Orange Blossom Trail, between W. Central Blvd. and Carter Street;
(17)
S. Lakeland Avenue, between W. South Street and State Road 408.
(b)
On the day of an event held at the Mayor Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre and during the twelve-hour periods immediately preceding and following any such event, it shall be unlawful for any person to exhibit, offer for sale or sell any service, merchandise, object, food or drink on or from any of the following streets and the sidewalks and public rights-of-way adjacent thereto:
(1)
Amelia Street between N. Parramore Avenue and N. Orange Avenue;
(2)
Livingston Street between N. Parramore Avenue and N. Orange Avenue;
(3)
N. Parramore Avenue between W. Amelia Street and W. Livingston Street;
(4)
N. Orange Avenue between Amelia Street and Livingston Street;
(5)
Alexander Place;
(6)
Revere Avenue between W. Amelia Street and Alexander Place; and
(7)
N. Hughey Avenue between W. Amelia Street and W. Livingston Street.
(c)
On the day of an event held at the Amway Center and during the twelve-hour periods immediately preceding and following any such event, it shall be unlawful for any person to exhibit, offer for sale or sell any service, merchandise, object, food or drink on or from any of the following streets and the sidewalks and public rights-of-way adjacent thereto, unless otherwise permitted to do so by the City:
(1)
W. Church Street between S. Orange Avenue and S. Parramore Avenue;
(2)
S. Hughey Avenue between W. Central Blvd. and W. Anderson Street;
(3)
W. South Street between S. Orange Avenue and S. Parramore Avenue;
(4)
W. Central Blvd. between S. Orange Avenue and S. Parramore Avenue;
(5)
W. Anderson Street between S. Orange Avenue and S. Parramore Avenue;
(6)
S. Bryan Avenue between W. Church Street and W. Central Blvd.;
(7)
S. Garland Avenue between W. Central Blvd. and W. Anderson Street;
(8)
W. Jackson Street between S. Division Avenue and S. Parramore Avenue;
(9)
S. Terry Avenue between W. Central Blvd. and W. Anderson Street;
(10)
S. Division Avenue between W. Anderson Street and W. Central Blvd.;
(11)
Bob Snow Lane;
(12)
W. Pine Street between S. Parramore Avenue and S. Orange Avenue;
(13)
S. Orange Avenue between Central Blvd. and W. Anderson Street;
(14)
S. Parramore Avenue between W. Central Blvd. and W. Anderson Street;
(15)
Boone Avenue between W. Anderson Street and W. South Street;
(16)
Chapman Court;
(17)
Hicks Avenue;
(18)
McDevitt Street;
(19)
Pharr Avenue;
(20)
Lime Avenue; and
(21)
Singleton Court.
(d)
Notwithstanding the provisions of subsections (a), (b) and (c) above, the holder of an admission ticket or tickets to an event being held at the Florida Citrus Bowl-Orlando, Tinker Field, Mayor Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre or the Amway Center may offer such ticket(s) for resale, at prices as allowed by state law, on or from the public property as follows:
i)
for events programs at the Florida Citrus Bowl-Orlando, on the sidewalks on the west side of S. Rio Grande Avenue between Colyer Street and W. Anderson Street; on the east side of S. Rio Grande Avenue between W. Church Street and W. Central Boulevard; and on the east side of S. Rio Grande Avenue between Citrus Bowl Place and Long Street.
ii)
for events at Tinker Field, on the sidewalks on the east side of S. Tampa Avenue between Long Street and Citrus Bowl Place.
iii)
for events at the Amway Center, within the pedestrian walkway area bordered on the south by the northern edge of the sidewalk which runs parallel to the north side of W. Church Street and the north by the southern curb of Bob Snow Lane between S. Hughey Avenue and S. Garland Avenue.
iv)
for events at Mayor Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre ("BCPAC"), on the sidewalks on the west side of Hughey Avenue between Alexander Place and Livingston Street and the western portion of the BCPAC Mayor's Plaza, which is located between the western side of the plaza fountain and the eastern edge of Parking Lot #1 located on Livingston Street.
