§ 48.16. General Provisions.

(1)

Each member shall be a resident of the City of Orlando and shall serve a term of two (2) years. Members shall not serve more than three (3) consecutive terms.

(2)

The Board shall meet at least quarterly. Members of the Board shall be subject to the attendance requirements set forth in Section 2.121 of this Code.

(3)

The Board shall elect its chairman from among its members and in accordance with Section 2.122 of this Code.

(4)

A member of the Board shall resign from the Board upon qualification as a candidate for an elective City of Orlando office.
