§ 54.38. Construction Generally; Width.

All sidewalks, driveways or curb and gutters which may be constructed by order or approval of the City Council shall be portland cement concrete, or other materials as approved by the City Engineer, and sidewalks, except where otherwise ordered by the City Council, shall not be less than five (5) feet wide.
