§ 56.16. Establishment of Transportation Benefit Areas.

  • Transportation Benefit Areas are herein established as a means to demonstrate that a benefit relationship exists between the transportation improvements funded by transportation impact fees collected and the land uses from which the transportation impact fees were assessed. Transportation impact fees collected from land uses within a Transportation Benefit Area shall be used to implement transportation improvement projects within that area. The Transportation Benefit Areas are shown on the map labeled Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part hereof, and consist of Benefit Fund Area North, Benefit Fund Area Southeast & Benefit Fund Area Southwest.
