The majority of housing in the Southeast Orlando Sector Plan area will be located
within RN districts. These low to medium density areas will be scaled to the needs
of pedestrians, with local destinations, such as VC/UTC, VC, NC and Residential Centers,
schools and community parks, all within comfortable walking distance.
