§ 58.742. Unified Access and Circulation Requirements.

Any Drive-in Facility located along an arterial street shall be subject to the unified access and circulation requirements of Chapter 61, Part 1. In the event that a drive-in facility is developed prior to an abutting known development, it shall be designed to ensure that its access and circulation system may be easily tied in to create a unified access and circulation system at a later date.
