§ 58.744. Traffic Hazards.
All Drive-in Facilities and accessory drive-through car washes shall be so located and designed that they will not create a traffic hazard or nuisance because of their location in relation to similar uses, buildings or proposed buildings on or adjacent to the building site and the traffic patterns from such uses or buildings. In addition, Drive-in Facilities and accessory drive-through car washes shall be so located and designed as to minimize turning movements in relation to their driveway access to streets and intersections, and to minimize turning movements across sidewalks and pedestrian access ways which may disrupt pedestrian circulation within activity centers.
