§ 58.746. Accessory Drive-Through Car Washes.

An accessory drive-through car wash shall not be considered a drive-in facility. An accessory drive-through car wash shall be clearly incidental to the principal use, shall be fully automated so the driver remains in the vehicle while the vehicle is being washed, shall have no speaker box, and a minimum of three (3) waiting spaces shall be provided.
