Dead Storage Only.
Personal storage facilities shall be limited to dead storage use only. No other commercial
or industrial use shall be permitted, and no occupational license shall be issued
for any such use.
Outside Storage Prohibited.
All storage on the property shall be located within an enclosed building.
Plumbing Prohibited.
Plumbing shall not be extended to individual storage spaces, and plumbing fixtures
such as sinks, toilets and the like shall not be installed.
