§ 58.963. Screened Enclosures.

The minimum setback from side and rear property lines for screened enclosures (with screened roofs only) around swimming pools, hot tubs, and hydrospas, etc. shall be five (5) feet, except for corner building sites where the minimum distance from the street right-of-way shall be the same as for the principal building. However no such screened enclosure shall encroach upon any easement unless otherwise authorized. If the screened enclosure has an aluminum, shingle or other solid roof, it shall be considered a part of this principle structure and subject to all setbacks for principle structures.
