§ 58.970. Wooden Patios and Decks.

Patios and decks constructed of wooden planks with separation between said planks shall not cover more than fifty (50) percent of the required rear yard and shall not be considered impervious surface. Side yard and rear yard setbacks shall be 5 ft., and street side yard shall be as listed for the zoning district and all wooden patios and decks shall be set back at least 50 feet from the mean high water mark for all water bodies.
