No nonconforming use shall be changed to any other nonconforming use except as follows:
Zoning Official Review.
The proposed change shall be subject to review and by the Zoning Official. The intensity
of the proposed use shall be equal to or less intense than the previous use.
Equal or Lower Intensity.
No such change in use shall be approved except to a use of equal or lower intensity,
using the land use intensity classification established in Chapter 58, Part 2, Figure 3 as a guide.
