Except as otherwise provided for in this Code (and in particular as provided for Home
Occupations in Chapter 58, Part 5B), the conduct of business or commercial activity in residential districts
is prohibited and is hereby declared to be unlawful, including any endeavor, calling,
occupation, profession, service, or other type of activity engaged in as a means of
livelihood, support or subsistence.
