Unless the natural construction of the wording indicates otherwise, all words used
in the present tense include the future tense; all words in the plural number include
the singular number; all words in the singular number include the plural number and
all words of the masculine gender include correlative words of the feminine and neuter
genders. Any reference herein to a rule, statute, regulation or other legal requirement
or form shall also include any modification, amendment, alteration or replacement
thereof subsequent to the effective date hereof.
