§ 59.208. Effect of LOS Standards.

The Concurrency Management Official shall use the applicable LOS standards set forth in this part in making concurrency evaluations and as part of the review of any application for a Concurrency Encumbrance Letter or Concurrency Verification Letter pursuant to this Chapter.
