§ 59.301. Rezoning Applications or Growth Management Plan Amendments Requesting an Increase in Density or Intensity of Development.
A concurrency evaluation shall be required as part of any application for a zoning map amendment or GMP amendment which, if approved, would increase the intensity or density of development permitted. As part of that concurrency evaluation, the CMO shall determine whether capacity is available to serve both the density and intensity of development which would result from the zoning map amendment. The concurrency evaluation shall be submitted as part of the staff analysis to the Municipal Planning Board and shall be considered in determining the appropriateness of the amendment.
