§ 59.800. Intent.

The resolution process is intended to identify options available to the City and applicant in mitigating impacts on public facilities and services, after the issuance of a Concurrency Encumbrance Denial Letter, or when public facilities and services are not available. This Part shall not apply to Transportation Concurrency.
