§ 59.804. Effect of Approval.

Approval of the Concurrency Resolution Agreement shall entitle the applicant to reserve capacity pursuant to the terms of the agreement. Capacity must be reserved within six months of approval of the Concurrency Resolution Agreement, or the Agreement shall expire.

Valid for Approved Site Plan Only. A Concurrency Resolution Agreement shall be approved only on the basis of the site plan and other information submitted with the application, and shall be valid only for the location and area shown on the application.
