SUBMITTALS—CONCURRENCY RESOLUTION AGREEMENT |
§ 59.806. General Requirements.
Along with the Concurrency Resolution Agreement application, the applicant shall submit all information required as part of an application for a Concurrency Encumbrance Letter, as well as the following:
A Recent Plat of Survey.
A Preliminary Site Plan: Prepared in accordance with the requirements of this Code, when required by the Planning Official.
Consent to Agents: If title to the property is not in the applicants name and the property owner does not sign the application, one of the following must be submitted:
(a)
Documents signifying the owner's approval or consent; or
(b)
Applicant's affidavit.
