§ 59.909. Stipulation.

The Director, during the sixty (60) calendar day review period may negotiate a stipulation with the applicant, which shall not be final until approved by City Council. If the City and the applicant enter into a stipulation during the sixty (60) calendar day review process, no hearing shall be required before the Hearing Officer with respect to any matter settled by such Stipulation Agreement.
