In residential subdivisions, utility easements shall be provided on each side of all
rear lot lines, and on each side of side lot lines, where necessary, to accommodate
poles, wires, conduits and other facilities for electrical, telephone, cable television
and other utilities. Rear lot line easements shall be at least 6 feet in width, and
side lot line easements at least 5 feet in width. Lots which include easements shall
be arranged and designed so as to fully permit their development in full compliance
with the provisions of this Chapter.
