Should the building site contain more than one lot or parcel intended for separate
fee-simple sale after development, interior lot setback and yard requirements shall
apply to each individual lot, and any applicable building site setback requirements
will be established from the building site perimeter.
Where the building site will be retained in single ownership after development, interior
lot setback and yard requirements shall be disregarded and any applicable setback
requirements shall be established from the building site perimeter, provided that
all lots or parcels contained within a building site shall be bound together by location
of principal structure(s), replatting or an instrument, approved by the City Attorney
as to form and legality and recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
